Meet Karen

Have we met? I’m Karen (she/her)—a National Board-Certified Integrative Health Coach, owner of Sacred Seeds Integrative Health Coaching, former Bone Marrow Transplant Registered Nurse, mother of three amazing young adults, wife… and a woman who has navigated a turbulent perimenopause journey herself.

I’m fiercely passionate about advocating for women’s midlife health, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Over 30+ years of serving in healthcare and caregiving roles—both professionally and personally—I’ve met so many brilliant, capable, and deserving women in midlife who struggle to get real answers from their doctors, face barriers to timely and affordable care, and often feel dismissed or alone in what they’re experiencing.

Perimenopause touches every part of a woman’s life. And without the right support, it can feel confusing, overwhelming, and at times even frightening. 

I know this not only through my work—but through my own lived experience.

That’s why I created my coaching practice—to bring together everything I’ve learned over the years and offer women the kind of support I wish I had.

For my daughters.
For my friends and colleagues.
And for you.

My work is grounded in creating a space where your experience is taken seriously, your symptoms are explored with care, and you feel supported in understanding what your body is moving through.
